Just a few minutes a day of self-massage and intentional application of oil or cream can help us release stagnant emotions, relax and free ourselves from fatigue. And from here it is not a long way to liking ourselves... or maybe even loving ourselves?

Ayurveda is the oldest known medical-philosophical system. Loosely translated, it means the science of life or the knowledge of life, and is characterised by a holistic approach to the human being. If we want to live according to the principles of ayurveda, we must also adapt our diet accordingly to our lifestyle, work and the climate in which we live.
